Strengths: Excellent looks, positive connection when seating palm
Weakness: light base requires 2 hands for removal; separate power cord to base and large wall wart power supply
This is a very atractive unit. It is lighter than previous cradles. This requires 2 hands for operation. The power cord plugs into the base, not the connector, resulting in wire clutter on the desk. Operated flawlessly. Directions were sparse and obviously assume prior knowledge of hotsync operation. Not a problem since this is an accesory.
